This development provides affordable apartment living for senior citizens. The site is located on McMillan Mesa with breathtaking views of the San Francisco Peaks and the surrounding city of Flagstaff. This facility consists of 10 individual apartment buildings with 6 units each, for a total of 60 apartment units. The main clubhouse building is 5,000 s.f. and provides the residents with a full kitchen and banquet area, billiards room, laundry, media room, social gathering area, beautiful outdoor patio with bbq's and heaters, and a management office. This development was constructed with sustainability and energy efficiency at the forefront.
