NiMarco's Patio Renovation

Ni Marco's Pizza located on S. Beaver Street contacted us to assist them in developing ideas to expand their existing patio and construct and outdoor shade canopy. We developed a concept that doubled the size of the existing patio, provides shade for approximately half of the outdoor seating, and incorporates new street buffer landscaping. The design incorporates traditional residential roof forms and building materials that blend with the surrounding neighborhood and predominant architectural aesthetic of Flagstaff.
