University Terrace Residence

This new custom residence for the Perrine Family is located within the University Terrace neighborhood in Flagstaff, AZ. This home was designed to minimize impact to the significantly sloped site, preserve existing pine trees, and minimize energy consumption. The home features the use of Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) for the exterior wall system for the entire 3-story height. This home was recognized by the Coconino County Sustainable Building Program for a 2012 Sustainable Building Award.
